Healthy Oranges fruits

Oranges, how much healthy fruit for our body. Oranges have many benefits, we can get Vitamin C and much extra. These are Japanese Oranges. I saw some different. I felt These oranges skin are very thinner than Indian oranges. But for me every taste is good. I can understand if there is not fresh.

I always eat fruits. My message is fruits are very important for our body. I am not saying only oranges, other fruits too.
