Happy New Year 2013

今日は大晦日です。2012年も残すところあと少し。皆様にとってどんな年だったでしょうか??ヨガマンディールでは1周年を迎えた大事な年になりました。来年からもたくさんのことをみんなで学んで共有していきたいと思っています。
まずは27日の年初めのイベントクラス。寒い毎日が続きますが身体を内に内にと過ごすばかりではなくヨガを通してオープンマインド、オープンハート、新たな年を迎え過ごしていきましょう。
2013年良いお年をお迎え下さい。

Masala tea or chai

Masala tea or chai is popular drink in India. There are many kinds of tea in the world but don't forget tea came from the Ground.

Mostly we drink masala tea in the winter. The most important things of tea protect us from cold. So better we should drink in winter. Here is some about Indian drinks.
Masala tea or chai is winter drink And Lassi (yogurt) is summer drink.

How to make masala tea or chai hand made?
At first we need Red tea or black tea, Milk, Ginger, Cardamom, Clove and water.
Explanation:- two person tea!!

Start from in a tea pan boil water one cup, mix red tea or black tea, ginger (crush), open cardamom or broke cardamom,  clove and after few second mix milk one cup or you change two cup milk also, if you don't want water.
After you should filter tea. now ready hot winter tea or masala chai.

マインドヨガバランス

逆転のポーズのひとつ。

頭を使わないポーズなのでもっと両手でバランスを保たなければなりませんが、マインド 精神力も必要になります。もちろん、1度で何度でも出来るわけでもなく、失敗もあります。
それも楽しんでこそ!それがヨガです。
精神、集中力、頭の回転を良く!

ただ練習には十分気をつけて行う必要があるので、講師の指導を受けながら行って下さい。
先生でさえ、この前はあごを打っていました。
練習希望の方お知らせくださいね。

Merry Christmas

Merry Christmas to everybody!
Hope Santa! Will Send to everybody a beautiful gift.
When I was child I thought really Santa coming. Hahaha!
But I am very happy from 25th. Because our school have winter vacation. I was going back to my home town.
We also celebrate christmas in India. I had enjoyed christmas with my friends.
!!Enjoy this beautiful day!!



Ginger Plant

My ginger plant end  here...... Ha ha!
Today I picked up my Ginger plant in a very small size. This planting was almost in six month. I thought the Plant will grows up bigger. But few days ago it was rain. I picked up because I know rain will makes the plant more damage.
Now I am going to use for my tea.
Next time again I will plant. Right now I am Planting the Green chilly. I Hope the plant will also grow up.





Adjustment yoga

Adjustment yoga,  the class is base on to fix your pose by teacher in the correct position. This class is according by Amit learned in Rishikesh Yoga Study Center.


Short Introduction :- In this class we use props (belt) to help our pose. At first our discussion in the begging, how to use or tie props. We start mantra or prayer for concentration of the body. And props relaxation for opening our joints. Then next we start body flow or warm up to get our muscles will be tension release.
I recommend you to join our class to get more communication.

Time:- Every Friday evening from,
7:30 P.M. to 8:45 P.M. ( 75 minutes)  Price:- 2000 yen, two times trial (expire in two weeks)

Cakrasana

Cakrasana or back bending pose, cakra means wheel.
This pose gives the stomach muscles good stretch and digestive system is regularized.
Biceps and calf muscles are made strong.
This pose help to the waist pain and spine are made flexible.

This is an advanced pose, so better practice with teacher.
Do not practice if you are suffering from high blood pressure and spondilitis(slipped disk problem)

野菜カレー

インドのガイドブックは読んだことがありますか?

そこにはインドのカレーについて書かれてあります。

インドでは、1個の材料のカレーが多いというふうにありました。が、家庭風は違います。

家にあるお野菜を何でも入れてカレーにしてしまいます。

今日はにんじん、きゃべつ、ピーマン、トマトのカレー

そこには大豆由来のソイミートも入れて蛋白質をプラスしています。

日本でいう高野豆腐のような物です。

ここにチャパティがプラスされれば食物繊維もプラスされます。

インドの食事は自然に色々な栄養素が入って補われているので、とても効率が良い食事だなあと

毎回感じられます。

あたたかいカレー。

日本の冬にもあったかい食事ですね。

Virabhadrasana (2)

Virabhadrasana part 1, 2 and 3
This is Virabhadrasana (2) is different from one and two but base is same strength of legs, arms, and back. This pose is relieve cramp in the calf muscles and thigh muscles. This pose is brings to flexibility in legs and also tones in abdominal organs.

You can do practice this pose or if you like to practice with us check it our Asana Yoga class in Monzennakacho and Nishiojima.

Daal curry

Daal curry, quick healthy food!
I always try (to cook myself or home made) to eat healthy food. Today I am going to explain about it.
For example:-
Today after my morning classes. I cook myself daal curry because it's more healthy. And I also I did not take a long time. I recommend to everybody cook by ourself is more healthy than others food.
This is just my way but you can changes some yours cooking style.

ベジタブルランチ

とあるインドレストランへ行って来ました。ベジタブルランチ。 定番のムングダールという黄色い豆のスープと野菜のカレー。 大体はどのインドレストランへ行ってもこの2種類が出てきます。 そして、家でも鉄板メニューのごとく、よく作ります。 でもでも、これで珍しいのは、ナンではなくチャパティがオーダー出来たってことです。 ほぼ98%、日本のインドレストランのランチはナンかライスだと思います。
でもここは全粒粉を使ったパン、チャパティ別名ローティだったんです。 これは、本当に珍しい! 家でも、もちろんチャパティを食べますが、外でも食べられる嬉しさ。このチャパティはナンより風味があって、とにかくおいしいんです。 ナンだと発酵された、パンなのですぐにお腹いっぱいになりますが、チャパティは何枚でも食べられてしまう。しかもミネラルや食物繊維も豊富というすばらしい事だらけなんです。 もし、レストランでナンではなくチャパティ別名ローティがあったら1度オーダーしてみてください。家でも簡単に作れますよーー。

Indian Lassi Drinks

Lassi drinks, curd or yogurt drink.
India lassi is a stamina drink. Many physical trainers and some of yoga teacher also drink lassi.

This one is a mango lassi. Lassi is sweet and maybe soar if you drink first time but very tasty.
Lassi have many flavored. In India I have seen mostly banana lassi or dry fruits lassi.
When I was in India. After yoga class always, I was going to lassi (fresh cheese and milk) shop for drink.
I felt refreshed with the time.

Mostly two type of lassi taste in India:-
Sweet taste.
Salt taste or spicy taste.

Some people choose salt taste and some people are sweet taste. I drink both taste of lassi and love it.

In the ending try if you like sweet, This is also a similar taste.



Monzennakacho Yoga

Every Wednesday, Friday, Saturday yoga classes are offers in Monzennakacho. You can learn yoga with an experienced Indian Teacher Amit. And if you are first time doing yoga or beginners, so you can come similar classes. 

Yoga means "Unity" or "Oneness" and is derived from the Sanskrit word "Yuj" which means "to join." This unity or joining is described in spiritual terms as the union of the individual consciousness with the universal consciousness. Yoga has many different meanings also balancing body, mind and emotions.

Why do yoga?  at first we recommend you come our classes and results you will realize, more about the talk with Amit.

門前仲町ヨガ

毎週水曜日、金曜日、土曜日は門前仲町でヨガクラスを行っています。
もちろん西大島でもありますが、今回は門前仲町の紹介をします。
広いスペースで日中は光がはいってくるので気持ちよくヨガが行えます。
ヨガマンディールのアミット先生のヨガはアミット先生の声を大切に行います。その声が音楽にもなり、集中力にもなり、その場の雰囲気にもなり、独特と思う人は感じるでしょう。
その短い時間を大切に、良き時にもただ過ぎる時にも使い方はあなた次第です。

My plants coriander and ginger

Today you will see my coriander and ginger plants.
I have never seen coriander leaf in Japan. So I tried to plant by myself. So I went to Indian spice shop and I found coriander seed. Then I planted the seed with my ginger plant pot. After few days it was rainy and windy, so bad. But tree never give up!
Actually, I love planting a tree. Because I am from the farmer family.
Moral is never give up in life too.
