Cakrasana

Cakrasana or back bending pose, cakra means wheel.
This pose gives the stomach muscles good stretch and digestive system is regularized.
Biceps and calf muscles are made strong.
This pose help to the waist pain and spine are made flexible.

This is an advanced pose, so better practice with teacher.
Do not practice if you are suffering from high blood pressure and spondilitis(slipped disk problem)
