 Virabhadrasana part 1, 2 and 3
This is Virabhadrasana (2) is different from one and two but base is same strength of legs, arms, and back. This pose is relieve cramp in the calf muscles and thigh muscles. This pose is brings to flexibility in legs and also tones in abdominal organs.
