Mukta Hasta Sirsasana
Mukta means free. Hasta means hand. This is one of the variation of Sirsasana. First you should practice headstand (Sirsasana), After you perfect with headstand then next try Mukta Hasta Sirsasana.
- Sit in a Child pose or Vajrasana palm facing upward,
- Raise your both legs straight supporting on your head and hand.
- Then Gradually, lift up your both leg according to the picture (Practice 1 & 2).
- At first practice 1 must be complete then next you can got to practice 2.
Please practice this Asana with your teacher.
Remember:- Do not try so fast, keep practice.
Practice note :- once you master with Sirsasana(headstand).
